Bought a book for a good price. Seller made a mistake and did not contact me until I inquired a couple times. Said they were looking for it and told me they would relay to me when they sent it. I did finally get the book almost a month later, but no notice. Unfortunately as a student and needing the book it is a little stressful when starting and communication would have been key so maybe I can get a loaner for a work around. I am hoping this is rare occurrence as mistake do happen and the seller learns a little bit.
Site works refreshingly well. Things make sense, the options I would ever want are easily visible, and when I scroll down I even see alternate book covers on the specific edition pages so I can choose by image specifically what I want. Good job.
It's good and fairly user-friendly. I just wish it were easier to switch between different version of books by the cover, so the customer could choose the cover they want easily and browse only that version of copies. But at least you guys have the different covers' images!
