Prices are pretty high (especially when shipping to Canada) but overall the books are always in condition described and the delivery is relatively quick considering the holidays.

I got my order in a timely way. So glad there's an alternative to Amazon!

I ordered my book from Alibris because it was cheaper than I could find the book locally, even including a shipping price, and my order came very quickly. Book was in good shape as described and everythign went smoothly.

Found what I was looking for fairly quickly. Wide spread in price (and likely condition, too) but found an affordable option.

I found the titles I was looking for and they were all in excellent condition, as new, just as I was looking for. If I can't find a book from my local, independent bookseller - and usually I can't because they often out of print or older titles - I return to Alibris.

Easy! REAL EASY., which is important for "old" people like me who would rather have a REAL book in hand rather than a device.

I ordered 3 things from Alibris and 2 of them came right away, but one of the orders was delayed and forced me to mail it again instead of delivering it in person when I flew to see my dad. Oh Well, overall pretty good

My experiences with Alibris have always been satisfactory. I've never had a problem with my orders.

Expedient and easy to order a book. It's good to have an efficient alternative to Amazon. Usually I use Bookshop.org but Alibris offers used books.

Search engine did not respond correctly to entry Title: James. Only gave me authors with this name. Shipping costs should be displayed immediately, not at the 'end' of the transaction.

I love the ease of finding books on Alibris and its important to me to buy used books when possible.

Happy so far with finding and selecting books. Prices are very reasonable. A little taken aback by shipping costs which you could better prepare the buyer for.

I'm totally satisfied with the experience of ordering books from Alibris. There was a good selection of books, especially mysteries which are my favorite!

Site is easy to navigate! It's easy to refine my searches. I appreciate being able to keep books out of landfills and give them a second life while patronizing small businesses instead of enriching the giant retail monopoly that starts with "A".

Easy to order. Enjoyed looking at the books that are available. Great website. I ordered 3 books of the same title for gifts. I was disappointed with one of them. It wasn't the good labeled that was stated it was. The cover looks like it had gotten wet. I kept it for myself. Other than that I'm enjoying ordering through Alibris.

Myh parcel was tracked and seemed to go all over the U.S. before showing as being delivered to an address in Cypress, California. At this point it looked like the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address. However, a few days later the tracking showed that it was on the move again and instead of being shipped up the West Coast to Vancouver, it was shipped to the East Coast. The parcel finally arrived this morning, December 9. After having 2 copies of the same book go astray (different suppliers), you can imagine my concern when the book was delivered to Cypress, California.
