Decent selection and fairly fast shipping. However the independent seller I bought from grossly misrepresented the condition of a book and refused to pay for return shipping. Alibris also refused to help, offering only a credit toward future purchases.

My email had no way to track my order. It included order number and that it had been shipped but no way to track.
Book was an excellent condition and arrived quickly and promptly without any fuss. Book content hands down gnarly and another gem from this amazing author.

When I need a specific edition of a book, not just the same title, I order from Alibris. This was one of those orders and I got exactly the edition I needed.
Resetting my password was a trying experience. It would have been far easier to use guest checkout, but your program did not allow that.
Also $28 for shipping 6 books seems like a lot, but it save me a lot of time and money running around to find these books locally.
The page kept asking for me to sign in and I was already signed in.
