I ordered five books all at once. One was from a third-party vendor the other four were from Alibris itself. The third party vendor book arrived within 3 busines days. The four books from Alebris got stuck in pending shipping and took an additional two weeks to arive.

I placed an order in late November, with a stated fulfullment time of 8 December for receipt. Order pended for 4 weeks and I had to get nasty to move things along. Time to fulfull was double that stated on the order.

I placed the order, the book arrived in perfect condition (and was exactly the book I expected to receive).

The interface was seamless, except for the fact that I ordered multiple copies of the same book from the same seller, and there was no option to designate quantities. I had to click "add to cart" for each successive purchase.

Always a great shopping experience. Generally, I find what I am looking for. The prices are very good and I enjoy shopping here.

Everythin is SMOOTH, it takes just minutes to complete an order. Keep on as is. Thank you!

The books was a present for my mom so I don't know if it's a good read. I haven't had the chance to ask her. But the delivery was on time and the book was in very good condition!

The books arrived timely and in the condition described. They were much cheaper than buying brand new and in very acceptable condition. I was pleased, have purchased from Alibris in the past and will again.

The book I purchased was labeled as fair condition. Some words were difficult to read because of blue highlight, otherwise, experience was good.

I was pleased with the price I found on Alibris. My order said "pending" for more than a week, so I reached out to customer service. They responded promptly and said the orders had been shipped the day I made them. However, three days later, I received a notification that they had shipped. After that, they arrived smoothly, within a week. The items were in good condition, though the cover of one was a bit folded.

It's frustrating that twice in recent months, I have placed an order, only to be told a day or so later that the copy I ordered was not available.
Please update your inventories more frequently and accurately, or people will get frustrated and stop trying.

Alibris is my reliable resource for used books, and has been for many years. I always check Alibris first and am virtually never disappointed.

I've shopped here on several occasions. My experience has been fantastic. I have been able to purchase hard to find items for myself, family and friends! I highly recommend Alibris!

I ordered 10 copies of Bible Stories and they all arrived in a timely fashion. They were packaged well and arrived in good shape. I'm very happy with Alibris's service.

It's easy to find almost any book at Alibris. The when I ordered is a great example of that. It is in good condition with no writing inside and no dog eared pages. I highly recommend them.

I wish it was clearer that the amount towards free shipping was only on certain titles. Didn't notice that for a bit. Then the shipping on the other titles really added up! There were a couple of titles I couldn't find. I did find them listed on ThriftBooks, with the ability to put them on a "wish list." I don't know whether they notify you about things like that, but maybe it would be a good idea for your site as well.

At first I questioned the site, unsure if it was a real site. But reviews from the internet determined it was legit, and exactly as they expected to be. So why not try it! I am pleased by the service I was given. The book came on time and undamaged. It came in on time too!

I founds the 2 books I wanted on Alibris at a reduced price (compared to amazon) and decided to try it. The books came quickly, were in great condition, and I was happy with the whole process. Will order again.

Couldn't find the book anywhere for a decent price - even the used copies. Checked Alibris, didn't find it but I did find the search/fetch option. Did it. Forgot about it. Couple weeks later, I got an e-mail. Ordered the book. (Given post speed during the holidays, it got here pretty dang quick.) The rest, as is often said, is history.

Absolutely loved the layout of various editions and costs/ search engine, tabs with various editions, including the combined ship assistance when heading to checkout. Was a little confused when a few of my items disappeared, but they might have been bought, I have no idea. Great choices and filters.
