The goodwill that had the book shipped it out almost instantly, but USPS took forever to handle it. Everything on alibris' side of things was good.

Alibris is my favorite source of used books! They give you a choice of sellers and provide careful descriptions of the books you can choose from. Prices are reasonable, and service is good.

Efficient easy process. The website is easy to use. Instructions are clear and simple. This is an easy way to find a book that doesn't have many public copies circulating.

The workbook I received had many pages missing and many of the remaining exercises were completed in ink or pencil. I had requested a return and refund but got no response.

I just had difficulty placing my order... over and over, deleting items, adding items to equal $50 so I could use my gift card. Then when I got the order down in price, I had to add the shipping charge that I didn't expect to be so much. So I had to put stuff back in my wishlist again, and again. Just a real pain trying to order my stuff in the wishlist. Then I had to add some stuff in my wishlist to equal under $50, then the shipping became a problem again. So, the heck with it, I just used my bank card. And please delete Margie Husner (spelling is probably incorrect because I can't go back in to the shipping fees). I know longer need that in my addresses.

DISCOUNTS COULD BE BETTER

Fortunate to find hard to locate books. Various editions available that are cost effective. Books, though used, are in excellent condition. The discount codes could be better though.

Alibris is a web site that I've searched for books for many years. I'm glad they have stayed in business so that I can refer them to friends!

Checkout at Alibris is always easy. I'd like to see more books eligible for free shipping, but that's just me, a retiree on a fixed income.

I wanted the full size edition, not the book club edition. I guess I should have been more careful. You don't include a return address.
