Never received the book I ordered ordered thru Alibris. First red flag was no tracking available after they said it shipped, which was soon after I ordered. My book was suppose to arrive within 2 1/2 weeks.

After waiting 2 1/2 weeks and not getting the book, which was the next red flag,... I contacted them. They said your order may be delayed. Next day I get an email saying the book was destroyed by the USPS and you will get your money back.

Great, after waiting half a month for a book that was probably never shipped, I got my money back, what a waste of time. In the mean time they got to use my money for half a month.

Very good. I very much li, e the fact that you use paypal as a payment option.

Shipping should be included in the book price so I know up front.

I set up an account. I was given the option of subscribing to e-mails which would give me a $5 coupon to use for a future purchase. This appeared to be a great offer to a new customer. However, no where on their website where you signed up for this subscription with your e-mail address did it say that you must purchase $50 in order to use the coupon on their website; this caveat came later in the e-mail with the coupon code. This was very misleading. They need to be up front about an offer like this on their website.

The shopping process through Alibris was simple and seemed safe-guarded.

I was able to find the book I was looking for quickly and the site is easy to use to view multiple book details quickly.

OK. I missed putting in my 3 digit code and had to retype my credit card number which is annoying, but happens elsewhere too

Great books and prices, would love to see a way to group books by seller to save shipping, or a way to include shipping in running total as I shop
