Tried to buy this book before and was being charged £75 plus for shipping so quickly cancelled the order! Can't remember which site I was using but not yours

Really great selection of books, easy to navigate and use site.

Easy to find a rare book that I wanted to read at a good price and shipping costs not prohibitive.

ASA, the process of continuos shopping is very confusing. But took me forever. Also, I was confused when ordering a DVD that says rental exclusive, does that mean I return it or do I keep it. Finally, I do appreciate buying from other than amazon. I do not want to give them my money, if I can help it.
I've referred your company to several friends. They too are sick of amazon, whole foods and the bezos dynasty.
Thank u. Please work on some of your prices. I had to use the wish list. I pray my items will be there when I am able to pay. I'm a senior living on social security, but I still love to read and enjoy good films.

I've been shopping here at the Alibris website for several years now and the site is very well constructed and ordering and check out has always been easy and painless.

Even when I'm organized enough to choose all my books from the same storefront, I still have to pay flat shipping fees ($14 in books and $18 in s/h doesn't seem right). Bottom line: it's still cheaper & more ethical than Amazon.

Very smooth in finding my selections. Check out was also very smooth.

Shipping is a little expensive but overall pretty good

You advertise free shipping for alibris items for $39. I had many alibris books in my cart with free shipping symbol but when I wanted to submit the order, no free shipping was available. I removed almost all of them because i could buy them from other sellers with free or cheaper shipping. It happened to me many times on your website. You offer free shipping but never provide it. That's why I stay away from your store and try to buy from different sellers.
