As a first time visitor (and buyer) to you web site, most everything was user friendly. It would be nice if when you click n a book it would give you a few more pictures. I was specifically searching for postcard books, I went to the internet to look the book up to find more facts, like are the postcard really usable to mail and pictures to see if the postcards are what I am expecting. Covers can be deceiving. I also had issues with the "Order Summary" page, it showed my coupon but it also had est. Shipping cost. I was leary of proceeding to payment, but since I was paying with PayPal I figured I could cancel if it did in fact charge my account for shipping. One other item was on your "Contact Us" Customer heading it says to go to "contact Customer Service" When you go to this link it asks you to file out the form, BUT at the bottom of the form it says contact us by phone. I didn't read the rest of the information in the right column, my eyes jumped right to the phone number thinking that I could get a quick response to my shipping question. Oh I did look under shipping, but it gave no information that pertained to my question. Any way, these are small things, but they would clarify things for a new comer to your website. Even a blurb under shipping that stated that shipping charges would be removed prior to final payment step. I REALLY dislike that I can not submit this review to you without clicking that I agree to have this published..
Website refuses to let me use PayPal because "invalid address" charged me once for a movie that two days later you claimed you had and made me re order the entire thing.
