I appreciate the fact that you ship overseas. Libraries are rarer outaide the West, so it is crucial to be able to order from abroad.

Your State field is big enough for the state name but is an error unless I enter the two digit code.

You blank out correct information if an when you find an error on another field.

If you want me to change the state field why not be helpful and put the cursor on that field.
