If you are a nurse student you know how expensive books can be. I was happy to see they had an a book a needed so I wasted no time at all. But I bought the ebook version thinking on printing the pages I needed. Big Huge mistake! They advertise saying that they will return your money if you are not satisfied and have 14 days after buying to process the return.
Well I bought the ebook. I printed a page and it came with a HUGE sign that says Do not copy. Written all over.
I can't even read the book.
So in less than 10 minutes after buying it contacted them and explained. They said Sorry for the inconvenience but there is nothing they can do. They refer me to contact someone else and the response was exactly the same.
So I lost my money and had to buy the book somewhere else.
Do yourself a favor and keep your hard earned money and go spend it somewhere else.

This isn't the book which I ordered. I ordered his 2021 book, not this earlier book.
IT was incredibly difficult to change the billing address. I added a shipping address and somehow that became the billing address and I tried to change it several times. The last time it had a different way to change it and it worked. I almost broke down and went to Amazon. Now I see how long I wait for the books...
Simple and easy! But I was a little confused on how the free shipping worked. I wish there was something that easily let me know that I had to go onto the Review portion of the purchase in order to select free shipping.
Less the book collector than I once was, still, when I want something very specific I turn to Alibris. Always worthy. Always fun!

Answer: I saw the fake stellar reviews and did not dig deeper. I til... I had an issue. Initially, I wanted to give a small seller some business after COVID and the site looked really good. What a big mistake that was! Shame on this outfit.
