The books I purchased came in much better shape than what I expected. So, I am very pleased with the value I received. I would give my experience five stars except for the long delay in receiving one of the books. I purchased two identical books that were sourced by two different suppliers. I paid roughly the same for each. The first book arrived within days, but the second took several weeks. The discrepancy is perplexing. I understand there are differences in supplier processes, but alibris needs to understand that as a buyer, I am purchasing from one entity. Perhaps alibris can gain consistency by working with its providers.
