Took awhile for the site to place my order tonight - received a message to try again --. The first book I just received was in disappointing shape ((Spine needed taping)). I am trying another order now of three more books and hope they are in better shape.

So easy spelling did not matter broad search helps

I found what I was looking for at reasonable prices.

The shopping was a good experience but the shipping was a little steep. I realized they were shipped from different vendors.

Looked like there was a coupon, then I was supposed to choose pix of trucks and did, and it said I did it wrong, so I tried 3-4 times (a fire engine isn't a truck? WHAT?) and was tearing my hair. Closed it out, came back and started over. I'd as soon not feel snookered by the fecking $5 off coupon.

Easy to follow... did not take too long, including creating password.

Easy to find what I wanted, great price, fast checkout/payment process.

Very impressed w/ orderly arrangement of products for sale, e.g., music, books, movie, etc. Makes sense! Also, the choice of sellers is easy to understand & navigate--I contacted one book seller Solr by email to find out if the used book they were selling was highly dusty (allergies) & they emailed back w/ details & evident concern. Alibris is now my "go-to" source for great prices, selection & quality of sale. Thanks for doing a great job!

Received a coupon code for signing up - did not receive the memo that it was only good on orders over $50, so that was misleading. HOWEVER, the books I needed were in stock at a fair price.

Books easy to find when i type in the title and/or author.

-It should be cheaper to ship multiple books from a single seller...
-There should be a way to have sellers closer to your geographic area go to the top of the list that way books can arrive sooner.
-There also should be some way to prompt a buyer who's ordering multiple books if they would like to try to purchase from the same seller.

Easy to find the book I was looking for and the web site makes it extremely easy to place an order.

Quick and easy, looking forward to receiving my order.

When I want a hard copy of a specific book, Alibris is always my go-to site. They have yet to let me down.

I like Alibris. I have used Alibris for many years. I have never had a bad experience.

It's frustrating that books are listed but unavailable. And we don't find this out for days after our order.

I like this site. I'm not forced to have an account to not just buy something but to even find info about the product. Alibris usually has what I want and I can rest assure that I will get it a fair price. Also never had any problems dealing with the book sellers. Nice experience!
