I lost an item I had in my cart as a guest when I signed in and had to reset my password. I could never find it again. It was a gift and I was very disappointed that it disappeared even after it should have come out of the cart.

Listing specifies a shipping fee of 2.99. I see somewhere else that "standard" rate is $3.99 for a first book, then $2.99 for additional books, but the listing DID say $2.99. Not a big deal, obviously, and I'm a big fan of alibris, though I'm often buying books that cost more to ship than purchase, but still. Seems a bit odd. Thanks

My first book didn't get and when coming back from vacation I reached out and although I wanted the book instead of a refund. They gave it to me quickly. I ended up just getting an audio book and giving alibris another chance and bought two more books because they were kind and efficient on trying to resolve my problem quickly.

I love Alibris and the great selection of books. I've always been able to find whatever book I'm looking for.

I'm very happy to find this book for a reasonable price. And the web site has been easy to navigate.

The site rendered poorly on my iPhone using safari. I had to click several times to find a view from which I could add books to my cart.

Once I had a cart, though, I choose alibis over abebooks because you made it easier to check out without creating an account. I was then delighted to see you had PayPal integration, so I didn't have to track down my wallet and enter credit card details.

I've had a good history, but the last couple times I've placed orders they have been wiped out & I needed to start from the beginning & re-enter all 27 book...
