I messed up and my order went through with my old address. Upon calling to fix it I was informed that you have no staffing to answer the phone. NO GOOD! All my orders went to my old address. NO GOOD! That must change. Nothing was done to help me. NO GOOD!

Tried to email you. 2 emails were returned undeliverable. You need to fix this. Plus, I have several "saved for later" books, and the coupon code entry box is below them. You need to fix this as well.

Alibris has been my favorite online bookstore for years since I found it!

Great. Have temporarily suspended getting a TV with good sound quality which would access YouTube. This CD is a bow at a venture, but inexpensive, rated in excellent shape, and enjoy Judy Small.

I have used Alibris several times. The website is easy to navigate, all the information about the books and sellers have been accurate, and the books have always arrived on time or early.
I highly recommend Alibris.

Easy but had to give credit card details twice because said nothing in my cart. I hope I didn't order the same book twice. So you know, I only hope to order one book.

I placed the order for two books. They were sent separately but they were shipped on the same day. Both arrived in great condition and the description for both was spot on. Very pleased!

I always enjoy my shopping at Alibris. Are usually have no trouble finding the books that I need. The books are generally reasonable in price and shipping times are minimal. I greatly appreciate the service that alibris provides.

I ordered a book but received no email confirmation. It was very difficult to communicate with them to find out if they received my order and the status of the order. Probably will go somewhere else in the future.

The books I have purchased through Alibris have arrived quickly and been in the condition advertised- with few exceptions. Alibris is one of my first stops when searching for good quality books. They are a "go-to" source that I've bookmarked quick access. I recommend making Alibris your book go-to book seller.

Kept dumping my cart out and starting over on the website I would go back and not even in recently viewed would I find my books.

I tried to log in as a guest, even though I have an old account. However, I was forced to use the old account and change my password, even though I preferred to continue as a guest. During that process, I had to reselect the 3 books in my cart, and one wasn't available. The replacement book was more expensive. Not a good experience today!

I ordered the short story collection Melody Macabre and received the item as described by the seller. The protective packaging was good and the item arrived quicker than expected. I am very pleased overall with this transaction.

My only complaint is that you do not include the titles in your request for feedback.
I buy lots of books from Alibris (LOVE y'all!) and I rarely spend the time to look back to even see what book you're asking about, so I rarely do these reviews.
I advertise you to everybody.

The book order was around March 3 and I did not receive it until around March 17. That is my only complaint, and I guess that is not really the fault of Alibris.
