Have used alibris for many years, always satisfied.

It was not complicated as so many online shopping experiences are and it didn't try to trick me into signing up for something I didn't want. Some experiences are so complicated that I cancel the order. Thanks for keeping it simple.

It would be nice if you offered more options for shipping to Alaska. Alaskans are sick of being treated like the bastard child of the US when it comes to shipping. It's absurd since it doesn't cost any more to ship here if using USPS Flat Rate. I have to ship to a relative in the lower 48 and then have them ship it to me to guarantee I receive my books in less than a months time.

Haven't received the goods yet, so the real test is yet to come: the quality of the book (no markings in text).

So far, so good. I'd planned to order a paperback version, but what your company offered was a hardcover version. I'm hoping this will prove sturdier than the paperback I'd planned on since I'll be toting it back and forth to class, which would probably have have been too hard on a paperback text!

Love the affordability and the easy user interface of the site. I found exactly what I needed at the lowest price online AND could still afford to buy more. The price drop for combined shipping and lower cost booka is also a great feature, I got far more than I planned and still saved money. Better than Amazon *******%

It looks like you are adding tax to the cost of shipping. Shipping is not taxable.

A message popped up that said I just needed another $7+ to qualify for free shipping, but it wasn't clear that not all items were part of that deal, and it wasn't easy to figure out which books WERE included without spending more time than I wanted.

Love using Alibris for all my books needs. I have never had an issue with not finding a comic, cookbook, or other books here!
