The cart dropped and I had to go back and get the items I wanted. This was within a space of 15 minutes and suddenly the prices that you had advertised such as a $6 copy was no longer available (because it was in my phantom cart no longer viewable by me but still tagged from inventory). You really need to fix that.
Shipping is way to expensive, I bought books for. 99 and paid $24 for shipping. The books will come 10 days or so. It's a lot for shipping.

You should offer free shipping after a certain amount spent. I deducted over $50 worth of books because I'm not paying $50 worth of books because I'm not paying $50 for shipping. I'll get it free elsewhere.

It would help however if you made clear the shipping method used -
Where i live, UPS and Ex deliver to home address - 200 Big Sky
But US mail and usps deliver only to P O Box 7923- so orders were refused by
Post office and returned since they had 200 Big Sky as address. Amybe you could just keep record of both addresses and use what is needed?

Shopping for my 2 Grandchildren to add to our Graham Oakley Church Mice series - received in our VT home from 1 of yr USA sellers very quickly -my son (their Dad)has read to them & just ordered 1 another UK from to another Church Mice bk from UK seller for a good price & it will be here probably by their next visit according to seller. Alibris site's very easily searched & has lots we will find as they get older.
