Love Alibris! Please continue the great work... just make sure that when you label a book as Audiobook Format that this is correct; had a recent issue w/ buying something via your site that was labeled as audio but was "just" a regular book-book.

Easy to locate the item I was searching for and no problems with the order process
When I searched for the book I ordered, it showed that it was $4.95 on your website, but when I signed into the website to order it, it was $20.00. I found that to be misleading!
I did Not like that I now have to create another account just to access the ebook.

I've always enjoyed browsing the Alibris website in order to purchase novels I haven't read for thirty years or more.
I was not able to edit billing information... as in billing address...therefore the card may kick the payment back. When pressing "edit payment" there was no way to edit the billing address. When pressing "edit address" it would only update shipping not billing. This needs to be addressed ( pun intended)
This is the second time I had to order these books. The 1st order had 2 books that I did not order. I had to return them and re order. I could not use my coupon again since I can only use it once. I wish I could have given more stars. I do like the cost savings on most books.
I ordered two books. The order was taken. Subsequently I was told the more expensive book was unavailable. I had to take a still more expensive copy or do without. I might have ordered the other book elsewhere.
