I put a number of books in my cart but forgot my password. When I reset my password, it erased my cart. When I went back to reselect the books, they were not available - probably sitting in a cyber cart ready to be restocked because I forgot my password when I made selection.

Within 10 minutes of sending my concern, I received feedback that confirmed and acknowledged the inconvenience!

Very easy site to use, and least expensive price I have found on the internet top marks!

Love to use Alibris because i can't stand Amazon, but the UI is a bit clunky...
With the function that finds you better deals by combining shipping etc, there should be a way to approve or deny each proposed modification on a item-by-item basis. If you want to combine shipping on some items but you don't want to buy a slightly cheaper version of others, you have to back out of the process entirely and do it manually, since your options at this point are all-or-nothing. Its a great feature just too inflexible at times for my tastes.

I found the book I wanted so that was a big plus right there. I look forward to returning to find other items I want.

Availability of a wide variety of genre are why I keep coming back And the delivery times aren't half bad either!

It is great to be able to find all these books. I'm a bit disappointed that the shipping charges almost equal the purchased items. I didn't understand that they were all coming from different booksellers. Looking forward to what's coming in my mailbox! Thank you. J.olsen

About ten years ago, I ordered a lot of books from Alibris. Then one did not arrive. I tried again and again for weeks to get delivery or a refund. I finally gave up and stopped ordering. It has cost you thousands of dollars. You still owe me $18.

It burns me out that goodwill gets items for free and sells them at almost retail value.

Really appreciate that you consistently and regularly update items in I've placed and left in my cart if they wind up not being in stock but I haven't purchased them yet.

Would have been nice to know earlier that international shipping was going to be so much more expensive. Other websites can do this. Please update your software!
