I placed an order for this same book, Python Pocket Reference for myself from ThriftBooks-Atlanta a few hours earlier and received a confirmation email.
However, when I looked to order a second copy for my daughter, I saw the copy I ordered still available and it was still in my basket as well.
I removed the Atlanta copy from my basket based on the confirmation email that I received and I am hoping that my order comes through.
A little surprised that the shipping cost was $5 for a small pocket reference but I'm guessing that you average out the shipping.

The service worked as well as anyone would want, quickly locating the books and as quickly allowing them to be ordered.
First, there was a glitch in the contact form on Alibris to get a message to customer service so I had to reach out to the site tech to get a message across (he did a good job of it though). Second, the seller took forever to get the order in and shipped and did NOT respond to my messages for days. Third, there was NO tracking number provided for the shipment of my order. That would have been a problem if the book was lost in shipping. However, I have to admit the book arrived in perfect condition (new as described) and it is a rare book. So that is a plus on the sellers side.
So easy, so fast. It, s a pleasure to do business with you and no problem with any questions about you.
