Ordered a new book, took 2 weeks to arrive. DID NOT COME WITH THE ACCESS CODE, yet was listed as new book with access code. When contacted seller was told they do not include them and I could return it but my son had already started classes and went a week without the book!
International shipments to India takes a very long time. Alibris and their sellers should take special care to see that its written books, because, last time when I ordered a Medical book it was written as MEDICINES on the courier package, and because of that it was held at the Customs for a lobg time.
