Since these came from different sources it would be helpful if you labeled the survey for order from each source.

It's nice that you can get most of the books on here cheaper than any other site. I wish everything was coming from one location so I wouldn't have to pay $4.99 for shipping on a $2 book and no shipping on a $30 book. It depends on where it's coming from which is different than other sites I've used. That being said I'd rather give them my money any day than soulless corporations like Amazon and Walmart that don't care about their workers

I have never had any negative issues with Alibris. Every book I have ordered have been delivered.

I ordered a book from Alibris at a very decent price. The book I got was autographed! What a deal.

The process was painful. I clicked a link out of an email you sent me. I spent about an hour shopping the first time and was clicking back-and-forth on another browser to look up books I was interested in and see reviews. I had about 14 items in my cart and then they all disappeared. I tried again using my search history to try and remember which books I had selected. I lost quite a few because I did not actually look for reviews on all the books I put in my cart and then once again when I tried to log on and pay my cart was empty. In between these instances I found it very challenging. I'd add a book from my wishlist but the cart number did not change. I was back and forth. I almost gave up but there were a few books i really wanted. I wound up taking screenshots of the books I wanted. Opening up a fresh browser logging on re-entering the books from my wish list

Yay for access to all the books I can't find anywhere else and in support of small bookstores

One of my books, I ordered 3, took almost 3 weeks to get to me. Shipping/tracking was not super helpful either. The books were in great shape and as described. Wish I would have been told it would take 3 weeks to get 1 book.

Easy to shop for multiple books in one order; most sellers are very easy to communicate with.

I have placed a number of orders with Alibris and been mostly satisfied with my experience. In that one instance when the book ordered was in poorer condition than described, I had no problem returning it for a full refund. Alibris remains my go-to site for used and hard to find books.
