Fast and easy ordering creating an account. Excellent price for books. Only wish I could use the $5 coupon on a lesser amount. Maybe $20 or $25. Hardly ever do I make a large $50 purchase because I cannot afford it. Every now and again I may purchase $20 or $25. Also offer free shipping.
The service worked as well as anyone would want, quickly locating the books and as quickly allowing them to be ordered.
First, there was a glitch in the contact form on Alibris to get a message to customer service so I had to reach out to the site tech to get a message across (he did a good job of it though). Second, the seller took forever to get the order in and shipped and did NOT respond to my messages for days. Third, there was NO tracking number provided for the shipment of my order. That would have been a problem if the book was lost in shipping. However, I have to admit the book arrived in perfect condition (new as described) and it is a rare book. So that is a plus on the sellers side.
