Never received email with shipping info. Customer service phone line does not actually have any workers. Used their customer service Web Portal and got no response after 4 days. Paid $10 for expedited shipping (2-4 days) still nothing 6 days later. Seller took 3 days to start shipping.
A book I ordered was sent to the billing address, although the shipping address was given correctly. It's never arrived even to the incorrect address. If it surfaces, I'll return it to you. Meanwhile, my friend's Christmas gift will be two weeks late.
