Within say, 2 hrs time, I kept losing items in the Cart! Why should that be?
I am concerned that if I receive a wrong dvd AGAIN, that I'll be reimbursed ONLY the item price and NOT its original shipping cost. When a wrong item is sent, the seller should bear the brunt of the cost of shipping ALONG with the item's price.

I placed an item in my cart last night, then signed in to check out, but my cart was empty. I then was unable to place that same item in my signed in cart presumably because it was stuck in an unsigned in cart and wasn't available. The item became available again the next day, but my purchase was delayed.
It was pretty good. I guess I'll find out more if my stuff makes it to its destination in time for Crimbo.
