I ordered, I received what I ordered fir the price I was told. I am satisfied.
The book i requested arrived in good time and in good condition. Great.
Easy transaction, should have the ability to add a gift note with this cost of shipping.
Book was listed as "very good" but was actually a pretty beat up copy. It should have been listed for a lower price. Then only reason I had chosen that copy was because of the listed condition. Otherwise I could have gotten a much cheaper copy because there are loads out there available to buy online.

Alibris has always had EVERY book i've wanted in stock (i've ordered multiple copies as holiday gifts).
Why you clowns make it so difficult for an existing customer to sign in is beyond my comprehension.
It is very confusing how shipping/billing address entry is done. In going back and forth to try and correct billing address, I had to re-enter CC information 3 times. Needs to be easier to edit when shipping to a different address than the billing address.
