Alibris has the simplest navigation tool of many online fora that gives customers great flexibility in making changes to billing, shipping, address changes, etc. I wish it would automatically include whatever coupon might be available, but one can't have everything. As it is, it is much better than other sites that I end up frustrated with.

Horribly slow this morning. Added item to cart, and cart showed 0 items until I refreshed. Other items took so long to add to cart, I wasn't sure which I had added.
Took three tries to actually check out. Two of the three DVDs I'm ordering are replacements for Blu-ray Discs that won't play correctly, and which were ordered from Alibris. It's tempting me to start pirating movies online, rather than buying them.
