Every time I try to purchase something, it says that it cannot proceed with payment using the stored credit card details even though the information is correct. I have to keep reentering the credit card details before it will proceed with payment

While there aren't many payment options, most people own a credit card nowadays, so that's fine. The payment process was quick and easy.

You twice took an order for a book then later refused it and this is now the third bloody attempt.
You owe me the standard admin charge from this end of £25 per occasion on which a retailer fouls up on an order for one book (every occasion after the first, which makes £25 due. This is in cash not kind)
I would find it helpful to have the size of the book
