Nice and easy to find stuff, great quality selection, feedback and reviews on the independent shops. But a total nightmare checking out? Do not like using my actual real information would much prefer PayPal or Klarna or google pay, Samsung pay or amazon pay. I would feel much more secure

Lately, it seems Alibris fails to charge my credit card pretty much every time I purchase something, and I end up having to retry several times (and along the way "update" my stored credit card information by entering it again) before the checkout will finally work.

The site is very good, but I would love the option to change the currency on the mobile version of the website.
Cart can automatically empty if not signed in first, leaving product unavailable for 12 hrs. Some products become unavailable after putting in cart, but stay available to re- add to cart for days (where process repeats).
Search bar doesn't always work as I'd expect, needing upc instead of title to bring everything up in some cases.
It would be nice to more easily access previous searches

I used your service for the first time in December and it was fast and efficient. I nearly gave up today. You constantly refused to accept my email or card, You kept repeating that the details did not match your records. That was this morningL I have now tried again this afternoon and entered two different cards as you suggested.
I was shocked to see the last four numbers of both of these were already displayed on a list of alternative numbers that came up. I used one of these and it worked and the order has been accepted by your system.
How can you have these existing numbers already stored when my previous order in December went through without any problem and would have only needed me to use one of three different numbers and why did you tell me that my details did not match your records.
