I have bought quite a few books from Alibris since I started, and I have always found them to be perfectly satisfactory. One (very small) point - why were all (and I do mean all) the copies listed of this book shown as coming from the USA?

A straight forward process of ordering the book of my choice..
I encountered two problems
1. Difficult to get my card accepted.
2. Did not get the discount code even though I requested it twice.
It took at least an extra 15-20 minutes to complete the transaction, which was a nuisance.
Estimate shipping cost to France where 4.5 euros but once I put my credit cart informations, the real shipping cost where 10 euros! That's not fair, as i may be not have place the order. Then a 2 stars rate...I'm really not satisfied with that.
