Seven months ago we ordered over $200,000 worth of drones and parts from XCM CLASSIC LIMITED. A drone company advertising on ALIBABA. The company never shipped the parts and will not respond to emails or refund our money. IN FACT XCM CLASSIC LIMITED still advertises on ALIBABA We filed a compliant with ALIBABA with no response. We had to resort to International help contacting LAW ENFORCEMENT and US/CHINESE GOVERNMENT for assistance. We are in the process of notifying the NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE. [Where ALIBABA STOCK IS TRADED] Hopefully, ALIBABA will step up to the plate and help us resolve the issue. We will not stop until our drones are shipped or money refunded.

We recommend this supplier, great communication, respond quickly and professional.
The quality of the product is great and has a beautiful design.

This is about the 4th time I have had issues with even viewing there site for motorcycle parts, I did order a couple items in past but never received items and fought with them for months to get a refund, as there excuse is its the supplier they use. Its BS. Now even if I view an item like last night, somehow charges ended up on our charge card from China. I have never used this card for my purchases but?. Bank Called & card cancelled permanently. Do not view site or make any purchases, some where down the road someone will access your info some how and steal from you. This time it was less than 12 hrs.

Do Not do business or even view Alibaba sites

First time ordering from Alibaba.com was a good experience. Product quality was good and arrived from China to Canada in 7 days. I wouldn't hesitate to place another order from them.
