A site that shows you cheap prices, but the real price includes shipping, and on top of all that, they deduct from every piece you take, and this is nonsense.

Would give a zero but not an option so a rating of one is generous. Bought a product, and product not delivered and company took my dad's money. I immediately stepped in to help and no responses to our e-mails and chats. You cannot call them on the phone to explain., worst experience and company I have ever dealt with. It's like you are talking to someone in space, and nobody is there to answer. We called the better business bureau (look at those reviews and see the true story) and the FBI to report this company.

I received a defective device. After complaining, the seller promised to send me a new one. But nothing arrived!
After complaining to Aliexpress, no help at all!

I can not recommend using this platform...As many others have stated Alibabas Trade Assurance is a come on scam.We purched 6500.00 worth of tool cabnits from "Quindao Chrecary International Trade Co"
All during the Q and A process they told me how great their products and services are. How they stood behind there products with a 2 year warentee and how they had State Side service reps to handle any claims. Alibaba also claims to have your back. I have been dealing with a damaged Cabnit of over 2 months now and all I get are excuses.
The seller is communicating with me but tells me there is nothing they can personally do that Insurance won't cover the damage. Well then they should send me a replacement unit right? Nope they are unwilling to do that as well. If you buy anything from this platform it's like going to a Casino and placing that money on the Roulette table.
The quality of these cabnits from this vender is claimed to be Snapon quality...That's a lie...They are worse then Harbor Freights cheapest quality cabnits. Stay clear of this vender and Stay clear of Alibaba.

Even when you provide Trade Assurance with clear evidence a supplier has commited fraud, they will still side with the supplier.

Please do not trust that Trade Assurance will help you or protect you as a customer in any way. You just pay extra when paying to Alibaba. That's it.

And it's impossible to get help from customer service.

I bought samples from Shenzhen Plery Network Tech Co., Ltd.
They sent samples which are not working. When I asked replacement, they asked me more money for additional shipping cost. So I went Alibaba for help.
I only got refund cost of the product. Not for air shipping. From 103.00, I only got refund 42.00.
Buyers, Be careful. ALIBABA IS FOR CHINA SUPPLIER.

Last Christmas I order approximately $120.00 of products from Alibaba. They never came. However, my credit card company has continued to bill me for those preoducts even though a wrote them a leeter telling them I never received the products they were asking me to pay for. They have billed me repeatidly, and have negitively infuenced my credit even though they were witten about why I would not pay. I will never pay for anything I didn't receive, and I am NOT legally required to. I don't know what to do to get this situation resolved.

Trading through alibaba provides peace of mind that your transactions are secured and you are trading with professionals. I will always buy from this platform and I recommend it to others. We also buy a lot of things for my work. Everything I have ordered in Australia always arrives on time and buying the products and selecting them has been made so easy through Alibaba. Very happy with the service!
