I got a quality product, just not exactly what I had in mind. Main issue is the hardware put on was over an inch large than the example picture and so now the guitar is not right. Still a pretty bass but the holes made can't be hidden.

My experience: Good service does not equal good quality.
I will likely not be using Alibaba again or purchasing goods directly from China ever again as it is better to pay much more and get goods locally, even if they are made in China (which unfortunately almost everything seems to be these days). At least the quality will likely be much better as that company would have done the work of choosing a reliable Chinese partner.
There are so many options to choose from and I feel safe & secure buying from Alibaba. Thank you very much!
