It was my very first time when I had a deal with suppliers on Alibaba. I ordered items from two different suppliers. Both shippments were in time delivered and the attachments were satisfied. Seems that it safe to have a deal with chinese suppliers on Alibaba. With no doubt i will refer to the suppliers via Trade assurance and Verified supplier by my next inquiry.

Let's start from the Beginning.
I bought USD 250.91 on items from a seller named Wenzhou En Ke Jie International on the 03/11/2020. I bought many other items from different sellers and I got all of them, perfect and on time. I was told by the seller I would get my parcel around 13/12/2020. I did not get my parcel by the time I was told. So the maximum i should wait following what trade assurance says is 60 days if it's composed by air/sea shipping. So I waited, I messaged the seller and he did not answer me, I opened dispute on trade assurance for 3 times, in all of them something related to an port nucleic acid test was mentioned as an excuse of the delay and that the seller had shipped my physical package. So I emailed UPS and asked them about my package and about this port nucleic acid test and they answered me that they do not know about this test and they also said the seller only created the label but the physical package was never got by them. There are lots of lies and misinformation, almost 3 months have passed and trade assurance has done nothing to help a costumer. I would love a way to get my money back.

I have ordered off of this website for many years. When the orders get delivered then it's great, but what happens when the vendor violates contract and us as the consumer dispute this vendor. Well unfortunately Alibaba does not protect the consumer. It took them 8 weeks after I submitted a dispute because the vendor violated the contract. I was the only person to upload supporting documentation showing the products were not delivered and the vendor was not responding with resolution for over a month. Alibaba still awarded them the win over my dispute and now forcing me to do business with a vendor that can't be trusted. Alibaba entire website is based on business relationships and sourcing reputable vendors. So what happens when your vendor isn't reputable, they cover it up and the consumer has no recoil besides to leave them terrible reviews on websites. My personal opinion is not to use them. I have used other websites that have a customer service that actually protects the consumer. Alibaba has no interest in promoting a business relationship with the consumers that actually buy items, they only protect their vendors.

Working with ALIBABA has made my life so much easier. 99.99% of the suppliers are honest and are eager to work with you in any way possible. They cut out the middle man which increases your profit margin.

Alibaba site is very good. Shopping in Alibaba is very easy. I am from India. I purchased "Kospet Prime 2 2.1 smart watch". First before purchase, I had enquired about the product, known its price (product cost and the its shipping cost) and the method of shipping from the supplier. As this product is international product the supplier has put a customs clearance questionare and I had choosen the most appropriate answer among the answers. The supplier has put the price of the product in Indian currency after knowing that I am enquiring from India. The supplier has answered all my queries and after clearing all my doughts I placed the order. It was easy for me to remit the cost in Indian currency. Shopping in Alibaba is wonderful, simple, hassle free and great. I recommend all to shop in Alibaba only.

Its my favourite site for int. purchasing.the option for live chat or video whatsapp etc. make the whole procedure very fast. I will change the results for searching engine and add more filters to get better results. That must have.

I bought a beauty device which arrived and didn't work, the supplier told me to unscrew the machine and move something electrical inside. Firstly this is dangerous and unprofessional. Then the ultrasound didn't work, button at the back overheating and so I asked for a full refund. Cecilia from the dispute section, didn't deal with me fairly, I couldn't upload photos, she told me to contact through an email which didn't exist, my time was run out even though I have one hour left! Don't bother with a dispute they're all on the side of the sellers even though it's a complete faulty machine and the sellers were lying. Amy Beauty equipment manufacturers is the name of this company, beware! Do not buy from them. I have tried re opening the dispute but there is no way I can do it. I've lost 900 dollars and not a happy customer.
