They side with their sellers and do not actually listen or try to help the buyers. I have lost 5000 USD. Don't trust or use alibaba.

I ordered a several hundred piece lot for my business. Shipment tracking was nonexistent and seller's customer service sucked. Their emails did not make sense. Boxes arrived dirty, wet, and crushed. Returns and refunds through Alibaba don't exist. I don't get why anyone would order from this site.
