It was a learning experience. I used Trade Assurance which made me more comfortable with the supplier and allowed me to track my progress from start to finish
Had a problem with an item I received. Seller claimed it would work with iPhone 7. The connector was incorrect. Item has no value to me. Opened a dispute and AliExpress did nothing. In fact they sent me an email asking me to let them know how they served me. Only problem there is no way to respond (see below)

Very happy with the service and paying through the alibaba portal is much easier than transferring funds
TNT have to make phone call after phone call to locate and deliver goods. Secondly, the charges and handling fees by TNT is rather high. Appreciate to look for better and cheaper shipping company on next delivery.
