I am dissapointed with the quality of a product that I was sold and Alibaba jumped to help me!
I explained my situation and I'm waiting for a good response, hopefully Alibaba can fix this situation.

The site is not very user friendly. It is not straight forward. Need to read the instructions to understand how to order and do transactions. The write a review button on the app is faulty, keeps showing "no internet connection". There is no cheapest first sorting to compare prices. Searches were not accurate, making hard to find item.

I worked with Athbak Sports to design a custom jersey for the Ride Leaders in our bike club. Alibaba's online system is excellent. It allows you to see your communication through every step of the purchase process.

The Web site is difficult to use, confusing, and poorly laid out. I find Alibaba very difficult to use. I do not like having to log on every time I want to look at something. I dont like the colors, and all the advertising that keeps popping up. ALibaba should just simplify it to a Search engine and contact feature.

Very nice experience with a very nice and professional contact with the supplier. We would order again by this supplier by Alibaba.
