Hello, i bought an animal product. Suppossedly 99% pure animal grade (veterinary) grade. 10 out of 11 dogs dead within 30 minutes! And let me tell you it was a hard and painful death! All seized out. I was running around trying to help each one. Dead, dead, dead, i held as many in my arms as they died as i could, so yes, the death was brutal for them! I have not just let loose and cried, and frankly i am terrified of what i will be like when i do! I tried to save money and my dogs are dead. The 11 th one not dead, but will end up with organ damage. All this to try and save a buck! Do not buy from them, AND do not buy from sellers on sites we all buy from. It is all from china! And they can kill your animals! They killed mine!

Don't forget your spring orders you'll need to plan around the chinese new year because they shut down shipping out, etc in celebration.
Most sellers are quick to respond, and some even tell you if they think your smaller orders are even a good idea for your company's needs, which makes me feel they care just as much about my sales as they do their products.
Not everything is perfect (human expectations) but the few issues we did have were handled expeditiously and cancellations were a breeze. Not to forget we linked out domain name and now our store is even cooler and we didn't have to hire someone in house to manage our site now.
