1. A large number of suppliers don't have stocks and waste our time in communication. They also get our personal information. Such suppliers should be banned.
2. Some suppliers are offering low prices on their site but their real price is horrifying.
3. The shipping rates should be available for buyers as everyone states different prices and we are unable to define who is right and who is wrong.

I have tried Roomba, Neato and now Xiaomi Roborock. Roborock is by far the best vacuum robot on the market for the price. Duties and taxes are quite high for shipment to canada (consider 25%-30% extra of the declared value for customs). Besides the high import fees, very satisfied with the machine.
Great experience with Alibaba, my concern was about delivery and payment method if safe or not, so far I am happy. Lets see what will happen in future.
