By far Alibaba has been nothing but pain. I was a victim of fraud through their website. I'm trying to resolve this matter and there none a single person that you can speak by phone, everything is by automatic email and now even I filed a claim in my account this claim is gone! It no longer exists. I don't know what Alibaba is thinking but it looks like that they are the one and the reason why people like me getting scammed. Because they don't really seems to care what exactly is happening. There is also a huge language barrier with this company as don't really understand what the exact problem is. This has been noting but frustration and money lost. I don't recommend to anyone even bother to deal with this company or there platform. Plus the prices and quotes they give you are joke. They asked me to pay $100 for a small bottle sample and the prices are almost the same as on Amazon. This company should be out of business. Outrages business practice, no customer service at all, I guess there working only computer and robots, not common sense. Keep doing what you dong and you'll get what you deserve!

When you are buying from foreign countries you need to have a reliable customer service source available on the page. Obviously when I am dealing with a Chinese supplier and there is an issue with the order we are going to have problems. For example, I just ordered $411 AUD worth of SMS units 15 days ago and they have no shipped. There for having exceeded the alotted time on the contract. Well, who am I supposed to talk to about this to decide if I need to create a dispute? Alibaba NEEDS A MIDDLE MAN. Stop being cheap Alibaba we know you make millions.

It is 9th time i am buying from Alibaba. High tech machinery, adhesives, abrasives,
Concrete polishing equipment and etc.
May be i am extremely lucky but all the time customer service outstanding, very high quality. As for pricing i do not want even discuss ( about 4 -5 times less.)
Even if not consider prices the quality and customer service exceed what i can get in USA.
Everything is customized to your needs parts and supplies available with a few days send by air for more than reasonable prices.

I am working here since 8 years and added 2000+ indian exporters with Alibaba.com for their export promotion, they got satisfactory bulk order business from all over the world. Yes I don't have experience in Import and specially from China so I can't comment regarding buying through Alibaba.

Feel free if you are enthusiastic for Export promotion through Alibaba.com, means you want to Sell your products in Bulk quantity and in International Market only.

Note - I don't entertaine domestic marketer/ retailers or importer.

WARNING TO PURCHASERS. * I ordered small glass boxes from Pujiang Minghuang Crystal CO., Ltd.
Zhejiang, China for a very special event but was horrified with what was sent to me. I had ordered what I thought was small glass trinket boxes with small feet and a lid, what arrived was very different then the photo on the website as well as the pro-forma invoice. But the real cause for concern was most of them had small black particles floating through them with scratches as well as the cardboard presentation boxes that they were sent in were completely damaged. The total lack of customer service and overall negative experience with the vendor has left me very disappointed. Obviously will not be ordering from this company again and feel it necessary to warn other buyers.
I can only assume that a reputable company would be eager to take back flawed and damaged product as they would not want their name associated with such poor quality, but from the lack of concern and action from this supplier, I can only assume that they did not offer to replace this shipment as all of their products would be the same quality.
Unfortunately Alibaba's buyers insurance is non existent, they made me go through a lengthy discussion back and forth only to tell me that i should use the boxes with the damage, even with black floating particles? Read carefully when purchasing on Alibaba in my opinion they do not have their viewers best interest in mind.
