The Alibaba trade assurance scheme wherein they charge a premium to supposedly guarantee product is a massive fraud perpetuated on innocent customers. If more money was involved, I would have considered litigation. Their entire "trade assurance" consists of asking for the fraud suppliers for an explanation to your complaint and then rejecting it when the supplier rejects it for whatever flimsy or false reason they cite. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at Alibaba to speak of, the complaint keeps getting pushed from one bot to another in circles till the time you get frustrated and write off your money. KEEP AWAY!

I bought couple white water rafts from Qingdao Ilife Industries Co., Ltd.The rafts were okay but they took a very long time, 2 months longer than they said it would take. Not to mention they shipped the worst paddles ever and when I asked them to send me the correct ones they said the ones they shipped were better. I complained and said I wanted the ones I paid for and they refused. Said they would ship it on the next order. Sure thing, I'll order again... NOT!

I bought over $7,000 worth of inflatable boats from this seller for re-selling. After selling some of them I had to provide money back to the consumers as all the inflatable boats were coming apart as if they were made of paper. I contacted the supplier and they said that they were aware of the problem but nothing could be done. So I basically lost 7k out of my pocket for their cheap products. Got ripped off by knock off artists. Pretty much all the manufacturers on Alibaba are stealing others work and trying to copy it. Unfortunately for buyers, they aren't very good at it.
If you can't afford to go there and manage the manufacturing process with your own eyes, it's not worth the junk you'll receive.

Tried to buy a dustless blaster from Quindao Rovan and got a piece of junk with undersized parts, parts that were literally taped together, and blew up daily. It's also missing many of the features advertised and leaks.

Please stay away from this company as they are not serious and they do not care about the satisfaction of customers. They promised to send me a track belt mechanism within days and finally and after sending them tons of emails they sent it after more than a month... I agreed with them to send it door to door but what happened is that they shipped it to the airport. Currently, the worst thing is that I cannot clear the customs as they did not provide a certified invoice and they do not respond to my emails. Avoid dealing with this company. They work under the umbrella of Alibaba

Seller Echo from Kamada electric bike sent us 50 BMS. They were very poor and did not work. Seller did not accept return after we supplied all kinds of evidences. We had to file a dispute. Alibaba asked all sorts of evidences, and we sent them! But they continued asking us to hire "their third party" for $500 to confirm dysfunction (we cannot trust to pay that $500 anymore!), and at the end, they denied our return. It was just a return! We did multiple tests, and took all kinds of evidences, which wasted us a lot of time. At the end, no return! Be careful how they got their over 4 rating!

This platform will never protect you. Alibaba.com only interest is to make sure the seller wins the case if you obtain defective or damaged products to collect their share. Proof of seller fraud was presented and the still we're on their side. This has been so far the worst experience of my life. If you are importing or buying from a supplier in China make sure to use a broker or mediator based in the USA with trade experience. I believe Alibaba. Alibaba.con and its suppliers business is to take advantage of inexperienced buyers with no trade experience.

Do not do business with Skymen Cleaning Equipment Shenzhen Co., Ltd.

Skymen delivered $8,000 worth of defective product to a business partner of mine, and despite their acknowledging of having delivered defective merchandise, Skymen - after one year of being mostly silent and not responding to emails - are not standing behind their product and are not offering full replacement of the faulty merchandise.

Instead, in addition to tacking on new costs that they sell as price increases, they demanded a full order from my business partner (another $8,000 out of his pocket) and offered to send only a partial (originally offering only 5 replacement units per new order of 500 units!) of all 400 defective units at no charge.

This company is not honorary, does not stand behind their product, does not offer customer service and ultimately does not care about its customers. Constantly cheapens their product with lower quality components.

My first and last experience buying direct from China.

I found the Guangzhou Star Paraselene Amusement Equipment Products advertisement on a Chinese website called Made-in-China.com. I contacted the company and set about placing an order for a 2 metre inflatable boat. The only time colour was ever mentioned was when I was presented with three photographic options. I chose the grey and black option because that is the colour scheme of my larger boat for which I was buying the inflatable to use as a tender.

I paid the invoice and everything seemed to be going well until the package arrived. To my dismay I saw that the boat had a cherry pink floor. It was a complete colour clash and totally unsuitable for my purposes. I contacted the company. They told me I could buy another floor for the boat in grey. The total cost of this with freight to Australia would be about an extra half of what I had already paid. They told me it was my fault the floor was pink because when I had been asked if I wanted the inflatable floor or the cushioned floor, I had chosen the latter. This was complete rubbish. I had never been asked what colour I would like the floor to be. I had simply assumed that having chosen the colour of the boat from the photograph, that would be the colour I would be getting, floor included. The boat in the photograph had a grey floor.

Having to pay further freight was bad enough, but demanding that I pay for a new floor at their normal price was complete meanness. So I told them that. They simply stopped replying to my emails. Their behaviour was appalling, certainly not what I am used to. The old adage if you look after your customers, your business looks after itself doesnt seem to apply in China, certainly not with this company. I advise anyone reading this review never ever to enter into any business with Star Inflatable of Guangzhou.

I am just dealing with a supplier who did not send ordered goods within the shipment date. I thought my payment is secure because of the Trade Assurance. When the shipment is late, I have the right to apply for a refund and get my money back.

The day of the shipment my supplier informed me that they are not able to ship on this date. They extended shipment date from 20 days to 45 days.

This was not acceptable for me and I rejected the change in the order made from the supplier.

Now I am in the process of refund and its very difficult to talk to these people and Alibaba is not helping a lot. The contract is clear, but they want to help the chinese supplier instead of acting according the contract.

For me, the Trade Assurance Policy is a big fraud, it doesn`t help you anything and you will not get your money back.

Never Never again I will buy anything on Alibaba.
