I had a deal with a company named lucky lips form south Africa, after I sent the prepayment of 2500 USD they ask me to pay the shipment insurance (1200 usd) which not included in our agreement than when I asked them to cancel the deal they asked me to pay around 900 $.
I dont know what I should do, I am really very sad for that.

It is really no wonder why Alibaba has such bad review. I
Bought a part for wine bottling in China which arrived but the quality was so
Bad that it was very danger to use it. I raised the dispute for refund.
Unfortunately Alibaba lost my evidence and even after send it direct to *******@service.alibaba.com it was not recognized and so I was informed that Alibaba closed the dispute because of lack of evidence from my side. Could it be more fake?

I bought an product in Alibaba. I did all the negotiation in their network. The supplier was announced by having 5 years Gold Supplier and having Trade Assurance.
The product that i got, did not comply with what i asked or was promised.
I was scammed, and when i tried to complain with Alibaba, it was impossible. And then they told me to get an lawyer to resolve my problem.
Alibaba support companies that scam their overseas customers, by making hard to complain and don't allow customers to review companies.

Worst seller.

I have ordered one product and still i am waiting for this after that i have raised the dispute for refund but still i am waiting for refund.
I will recommend to others dont buy products from thi seller.

I ordered a backhoe attachment for my tractor from Weifang RFD. I was careful and paid an extra $150 for an independent inspection and also hired a shipping broker to get it through customs. It arrived over two weeks late and with an extra $242 in shipping charges beyond the agreement. No book or instructions. I'm pretty experienced with machinery and was able to get it up and running, even though the connecting bar was too short and several parts needing filing and adapting. After just four hours of digging in light soil, the bolts on one of the bucket teeth sheared off and broke the tooth, and then the hydraulic cylinder that runs the boom suddenly bent. The metal was improperly hardened. Weifang tried to make me pay another $240 shipping to get replacement parts. I finally settled for a $200 refund from Weifang and $100 from Alibaba. I'm scrambling to find adapting parts so I can replace the cylinder, and nothing matches. My backhoe sits in my driveway useless. NEVER AGAIN!

When you are thinking of ordering a bubble wall from China, stay away from Guangzhou Top Star Technology Co Ltd.

This is the first time ever I bought something from China and it was the worst experience ever. In June, we sent a video clip to TopStar Guangzhou that we want a bubble wall just like in the video. TopStar Guangzhou claimed they can do it. Unfortunately after the full payment is made, and numerous communication during the production, the final product is nothing close to what we wanted. We were already very disappointed and frustrated then as they demanded additional money if we want the exact same bubble wall like the video we sent them. They are such rip off as they said yes to everything you asked for but change their words and said those are additional programming that we have to pay additional money.

We have no choice but to accept what was produced since we have paid US6000 for it. After a long wait for the bubble wall to arrive in Australia, the product does not look like anything worth USD6000. It infuriated us that the bubble wall was with defects! Very poor quality! Furthermore with the amount we paid for, we didn't even have a remote control to switch on the lights of the bubble wall. The stupid design does not even have a on off buttons. All the water pump are exposed out. There was no communication of the design of the wall until it is shipped to us. There is no black and white documents to outline the terms and conditions of the sales. The terms are totally unfair to consumers.

When we demanded a refund for the defective part of the wall, they ridiculously said they will give us a credit when we make another purchase. What fair trading is there? Why would I still purchase from them when I know their quality is so bad? After I made many complaints to them, they finally gave us a small refund of only USD100! I strongly do not recommend anyone to source anything from China. They have very poor quality control, no customer service and they are very dodgy.
Stay away from ordering any electrical products from Guangzhou TopStar Technology Co Ltd.

They called me about my dispute and implied I was the one who needed to call Fedex to sort out the issue. When in a million years does the customer call the shipping company to sort out an issue? They clearly have more vested interested in their Chinese suppliers than they do in the customers the products are being bought by.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Was banned because I signed up via the app, which puts the account details into the database incorrectly. Confirmed this both with a new test account and by talking to support. They refused to correct the error, saying it was my fault and I had to go through a proper process to appeal my account which was rejected for the same reason I was incorrectly banned in the first place. 0/10, would rather purchase from a less sketchy careless site.

My builder ordered bifolds with a five year warranty on a recommendation. When the doors were fitted it transpired that the handles were not up to Australian standard and broke on installation. Vincent the contact at Superhouse confirmed he would replace three complete handles with locking mechanisms. Three single handles arrived without locking mechanisms or the handles for the other side of the door. It was ridiculous. Plus they had altered the mechanism so the old lock would not have fitted anyway even if it was to australian standards. When my builder and I informed Vincent from superhouse that he told my builder he did not believe him. He insisted his staff had sent three complete locking mechanisms. I have since e mailed Vincent at superhouse with photos of my bifolds. There is no locking mechanism and my builder for security reasons has had to put wood through the lock to keep it secure. I have sent photos to superhouse and they have refused to respond. They have said they will replace THE WHOLE HANDLE SET FOR $400 Why should I have to pay for this?

They are the worst company DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM.
If you look at the reviews on Alibaba they are all the same. They are crooks! And guess what I tried to add a photo but wont accept anything more than 5

After checking, we notice the supplier's Alibaba.com account used to be hacked during the transaction. As a neutral information exchange platform, rather than any law enforcement authorities, we couldn't do anything if their account has been hacked. Thus we are unable to help you further for this trade dispute issue. Consequently, your complaint case has to be closed now.

A big multi billion dollar scam, I've just been scammed by there suppliers and been sent nothing, I've spent more than 900 US dollar on a product that never came to me,
I tried to complain but that scammer removed that URL so can even fill out the form without that specific URL as per alibaba and 100 theif on there website advertising scam products, now I am out of pocket and don't even have milk or pampers to buy for my kid any more, hope they'll get hit with a big loss as they are scamming people and no one takes action against them, I will sue them for advertising fake resellers who will just run away with your money and sends you nothing, be ware online buyers alibaba is running a big scam

I will never use or recommend Himark Faucets in Kaiping China, I had placed order with them paid 30 % deposit early February landed in China to inspect goods before paying 70% balance i was only suppose to be there for 10 days i ended up having to stay there for 45 days as they kept me from looking at the goods, lie after lie as i kept going back to there factory they packed all my goods so they now had to be unpacked and checked to find out they didn't do as we agreed upon so i had to work in there factory for 2 days straight to correct mechanical problems then we packed all goods back in boxes, there was one pallet of faucets they kept me from inspecting as when all goods arrived in Texas i flew to check this pallet and found they had left out a sticker in each faucet box and put wrong grub screw in each handle, as i could not do anything about this because i did not have the stickers and screws with me which were vital to the product as these faucets are a child safety product also absolutely no quality control, Alibaba made it hard for me to file a dispute. Leaving China i was fined $200 USD fine for over staying my visa, changing flight 2 times cost me and all those extra days for hotel nights, this company is one big problem.

We had a bizarre sex toy (had to Google the description to find out what it was) arrive. Something I wouldn't pay. 02 for never mind the $55. We actually lost. Why would they do this? Most bizarre. I took pics of it trying to figure out what it was. Super angry.

Way Past Awful

My order never arrived. After checking the order a couple of times, now that I'm ready to file a complaint, I can't get back onto the website. I can't find a way to at least find out why I didn't receive my purchase nor to try to get my money back. The good news is that I only lost a few dollars, and now know enough to never, ever do business on this site again.

It was the worst buying experience in my life! After 7 months negotiations and 2 disputes opened I stay with very low quality, broken machines. Don't believe for what their statements regarding Buyer protecting! It's all one big BOOLSHEET! Once you paid your money if something going wrong you will never get it back! Don't waste your time and money! Stay away from making deal via this site. Those people have no idea what os fair trade and what is customer service in civilized world!

Had mixed feelings with about this company.

First two purchases I made turned out good. The nail polish and the coat.
And then the third one was a pretty bad experience. Firstly the package arrived only after 56 days, when it usually takes 15-30 days from other services, than it turned our that the seller sent me the wrong color(I ordered a dress). And then I spent about two weeks arguing with him(I did not want a discount I wanted the right color! Or my money back). And the support of Alibaba was not very helpful too, so only three star I guess.

I requested a track belt chassis with two powerful dc motors from Zhoqe Machinery. I asked them to supply the goods in 10 days (2800 usd) the company sent me the track belt with no motors after about 45 days (not 10 days). I placed a compaint in Alibaba who closed the complaint and rejected my request claiming that there is no proof... they are all scam including Alibaba. Do not deal with these comapnies. They know that they can easily steal your money.

Both parties had an agreement 28 May 2018 for the supply of Hot Dip Galvanized Tube and Pipe.

My Company, placed an order on 28 May 2018 with the company Tianjin Jianxincheng Trading Co Ltd, Registration no: **************864 address Room 201, Door 02, No. 04 Huairenli, Nankai district, Tianjin, China for the supply of Hot Dip Galvanized Tube and Pipe as per the CONTRACT NO.: JXC2018-0327.

On 30 Mar 2018, Tianjin Jianxincheng Trading Co Ltd acknowledge payment of $6,390 for the start of production as per CONTRACT NO.: JXC2018-0327.

On 30 May 2018, Production of the Hot Dip Galvanized Tube and Pipe where completed and the Bill of Lading was issued.

After custom clearance we received the goods on 25 Jun 2018, where we noticed instead of Hot Dip Galvanized Tianjin Jianxincheng Trading Co Ltd sent us Pre- Galvanized Tube and pipe.

We try to get in touch with the Tianjin Jianxincheng Trading Co Ltd but they were unreachable and the Manager mentioned he is on a 4 months holiday.

I have lost around $6000 never trust this company and its Manager Amanda Zhang.
