It's very difficult to purchase any thing from Alibaba. I did not get my product due to seller mistake and Alibaba do not refund my money. My money is wasting.

Ali Baba is the best site for online shopping, but we need to reduce payment fees especially for Visa Payment.

Need to find a more cost effective way to buy the hardware I needed. I found what I needed and was put in contact with the right folks, great job Alibaba.

1st deliver was a little late but it was on December last year. But know, it was fast! From asia to colombia.

At first i was hesitate with seller in alibaba, because i have no idea how it works and im far from China to trust the seller and all!
But after i chat with Terry and he helped me a lot on chose the correct item, how to do payment thru alipay, and the item came safely on my door! I do recommend alibaba!

Alibaba is very secure and safe and easy to use and to understand. The suppliers are easy to communicate with and the alibaba website is very easy to navigate.

Lots of option, need to respond quickly before other suppliers take over before other suppliers finally show the price later
