I placed an order in April 2021. The confirmation email DID NOT provide an order number. Fast forward to today - I NEVER RECEIVED MY MERCHANDISE! Their website indicates it was delivered in July to my mailbox. How can you deliver 2 HANGING SWINGS TO A MAILBOX?

Some businesses using Alibaba platform need to be weed out. One is OTOD PARTNER. Imagine I paid for a vehicle. They claim to have shipped the vehicle. Few days later, I received an email from so called shipping line requesting for more than the amount I paid for the vehicle as refundable insurance fees. I contacted OTOD PARTNER, they said it was beyond there control and promised to refund my money. After that, they blocked me. Since then, the rest is history. Terrible experience

Alibabas trade assurance is a complete scam. It gives absolutely no coverage for buyers, only sellers. They keep postponing replies to any meaningful solutions and offer settlements that are way under the cost of what i paid. Also DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with this vendor. Horrible service.

They are my only and worst experience on Alibaba.com. They sent me wrong product, lied to avoid refund.
I bought T500 smart watches from them. It should be HiWatch App series, they sent low quality HryFine App series watches. Listing said magnetic charger, instead they sent clip charger which don't fit well in box made for slim magnetic charger. Watch itself made of low quality material, lack of basic feature to display time in 12 hours format.

You should feel confident when buying on Alibaba. I have purchased multiple times and I am never sad!

I think the chinese products are very good made. Important you contact the manicaturer. For each problem you can contact Alibaba customers service, they are all very helpful, professional and very kindly. Also the shipping to europe is faster now. They reduce the delivery time, I buy everything on Alibaba or Aliexpress webpage, delivery fast and good products. Also the high tecnology of China is very performant. I am glad to know this platform. High tech is very good. I prefer to buy with trade assiurance, because the account are controlled by Alibaba, by any inconvient any problem they can refund you your money in fast way. Important is to look the sign of Alibaba, I mean trade assurance, transactions, selling leads, buyer opnion. And don't go to buy some goods with below price. If one notebook cost in your country 1.500 usd you never find one with 250 usd.

I have been less and less impressed with Alibaba every day. I am currently trying alternatives. Between more and more cheaply made Chinese products making their way on, to suppliers have dozens of listings for the same products, such as my last order, Alibaba seems to care less and less about protecting buyers and vetting qualified suppliers.
