I received the product as discussed and I really appreciate the attention that was given to me despite it only being a relatively small order. It was my first time ordering through Alibaba so I was bit worrisome; however, the vendor/manufacturing representative renamed professional and communicative throughout the entire process. I will definitely consider this vendor/manufacturer for future orders.

The message system on this website is very confusing and not easy to use. I don't know what would make it better but I don't like it. Regarding suppliers, I don't like being asked for my whatapp address because I had a supplier who messaged me 5-10 times a day! Just not professional. Also do not like be call dear! Not just by one supplier, quite a few did it! Use my name, not dear.

The one thing I disliked is the site automatically confirming receipt of package even when we haven't received a package on our side. I understand that we have a button to request an extension but still, shouldn't confirm receipt on our behalf. Must instead keep checking with the customers if they have yet received their orders.

Apart from this, I am really happy with everything on this website. Was quite seamless.
