I ordered a product from aliexpress that never arrived. I waited for the order since it said "out for delivery". When I realized it was taking too long and something was wrong alibaba wouldn't help. They never offered to resend the package and wouldn't give me a refund either. I feel completely robbed by Alibaba. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I asked to see their fabric colors and they offered to send a color book with samples for free. I only had to pay for shipping. Customer support was super helpful and shipment only took two days to Europe.

Though I haven't had to ask for refund yet (hopefully never have to) but other than that the process works smoothly.
