The supplier was easy to work with but the product was nothing you could use! With out the 500 dollars to have it tested any chance of a refund is lost.
More likely to get ripped off. Thiefs and crooks and they are just drop shipper to begin with. Ive had orders lost and they never even cared. I have gone to just buying elsewhere and paying slightly more but pays off in long run

I have seen same product there is a lot of difference in shipping cost even same weight, and I have faced the problem is additional charges are so expensive but other companies like Amazon, eBay, etc they not charged it.

Originally I was a bit timid when placing this order. A few years ago I placed an order from China for a Samsung S6 phone and a large LED Television. It was not done through Alibaba. I did everything asked including sending over hundreds of dollars. I tracked the package and it arrived with someone else's name attached. The package was a small empty plastic bag. The only form of contact I had with the seller was through email. After I received the package I emailed them to inform them of what had happened, they never responded. I told family and friends, "NEVER again will I purchase from China". After this experience through Alibaba, it has renewed my belief that I can do business with China. Alibaba network is truly a blessing and this has been a GREAT EXPERIENCE.
