Through Alibaba website we found a company called RK Rack In The Cases Technology Co., Ltd., which is using low quality material creating serious problems on the safety of the stage that we bought (unfortunately) from them. The same RK company is a good liar because is saying that is offering 5 years warranty in their documents, but they don't respond anymore to our emails. We know that Alibaba mentioned that they will not handle dispute of selling outside their website. Questionable, but fine, we accepted, so we just send an email to Alibaba not to handle our dispute, but to please take away from their website the Gold supplier logo from RK company, because is not worthy to have it and avoiding to mislead future customers (who start to trust in Alibaba). And you know what they answer? That they close our complaint because they don't handle outside dispute! Did you read our email? No of course! VERY CLEVER, WE KNOW THAT YOU WILL NOT HANDLE OUR DISPUTE AND FOR THIS REASON WE DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR. WHAT WE ASKED WAS TO JUST ADJUST YOUR WEBSITE IN REFERENCE TO RK COMPANY TO LET PEOPLE KEEPING ON TRUSTING IN THE GOOD WORK OF ALIBABA, WHICH NOW, CLEARLY WE LOST ANY MINIMUM TRUST. SO GUYS IF YOU BUY THROUGH ALIBABA DON'T TRUST ALL THIS GOLDEN SUPPLIER LOGO AND POSSIBLE HELP THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE, BECAUSE ACTUALLY YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY HELP AND MANY OF THEIR LOGO AND PROMISES ARE FAKE!

I placed order many times in Alibaba and I was always satisfy, only one time when the supplier didn't respect what I saw on his display. I supposed to receive notebooks with pens; well! He sent me the notebooks which where properly made but no pens that are the support to keep them close. As I did my payment by PayPal, I didn't have any help from Alibaba about this case.
