Alibaba is very poor for the sellers who are not from China. The services are very biased to the china seller and the non Chinese seller. The Chinese sellers get many privileges like paythrough Alibaba option as well as there profile also show the amount of total transcation they have done with their buyers and etc. Alibaba is only good if you are seller from china. I have bought a gold supplier membership and is getting no business from this. Its a total waste of money as well as most buyers on the website are just for timepass. And you get computer generated inquiries when a customer just clicks on your product. Alibaba is developed to only help the chinese sellers. If you are not from china please dont buy the membership, you will regret it just as im regretting it right now. I wasted 1500 dollars and still got 0 income. Total waste of money.

I ordered LED lighting from this company called Lin'an Lituo Electronics Co., Ltd. The contract agreement said delivery within 30 days from advance payment but the company took way beyond 30 days. We missed our shipping vessel schedule for them. Staffs and the manager/owner were very stubborn, disrespectful and not polite/helpful at all. The worst of the worsts companies. Keep away from this company. You cant rely on their words.

Bewear JMC Mobile Limited and they even give you a code to track your package on Speedairways and they will say pay for custom fees you end up paying more then you expected please dont fall for scams and the United nations should do something about alibaba and there scamming suppliers

Having decided on the DYU concept, It took me weeks of having my sample order rejected due to my living on an island and the battery (dangerous goods) issue. Finally, I tried Alibaba and was allowed direct contact with the F Wheel Industrial sales correspondent, Ms. Rosy Hen. I was amazed at the accountability and delivery of the package. Express freight by air to Papua New Guinea is quite high but I managed to compensate for that in the sales.
