I have been communicating with suppliers through Alibaba for only a couple of weeks now and this is my first experience. I have been really happy with responses from the different companies and although I got some helpful hints from a friend about navigating this site, it has been quite easy to get to all the information I have needed. My experience with my first supplier was excellent! However, it is difficult to communicate with other suppliers. I feel ignored. I have asked for invoice. I want to buy and have to keep requesting invoice.
