Wasted my money time and energy ive paid aroun 6000 usd in my country along with vat and when i used alibaba for a year i found out its useless not worth the time and money i spend i desided not to renew again and i requested them to refund the remaing keywords budget which i havent used all they are playing with me and telling me to contact ur account manager how should i contac my account manager if i dont know him then i found out his email from alibaba and simply they said u must renew in order to use ur money back supports are totally useless just like robots

This company and its agent, Jason, are extremely nasty. They will lie to you to get your money then send you a garbage product. Jason from xingtai paisen company will not even provide any service if you have questions about your machine. This company is garbage. Avoid Xingtai Paisen for Dumpling machines, momo machines, baozi machines, etc.

If you decide to purchase from Alibaba please understand that you are stuck with the item regardless of it being the wrong item, if it is received late, if the vendor is a con artist and tells lies to get you to purchase. My experience has been a nightmare. I purchased an item for a clients wedding. Not only did I not receive the item on time and I had to purchase items to compensate for the wedding. When it was received I it was something completely different. I lost money because I had to replace the clients items at the last minute that means 2 purchases and then I was sent a useless item. I do not recommend Allibaba at all. I realize I am just one customer so they will continue to cheat people but if my review saves at least one person from the headache then I'll be happy.

Ordered a NEW engine head was sent a rebuilt head and wrong one too. When I tried to file for refund after filling out online form it would not let me sent the form. Tried a link on there web page for complaints
And got 505 gate BAD LINK. Kiss off $500.00
